Easy, FREE Holiday Gift

If you are like me, you want every person on your holiday list to know that you were specifically thinking of them as you searched for the perfect gift.  Well, I have an incredibly inexpensive, yet thoughtful, gift idea.

Personalized Magnets

You know-if you are a mom, or a career woman..or, if you are human!....it doesn't take much-you are always posting things on your refrigerator.  (I might suggest here that you DIY a magnet/chalk board to corral your papers and look a little more put-together to boot.)

So, certainly you have friends who do the same.  They post their kids' pictures on the refrigerator, put the monthly calendar on not-so-beautful clips (again on the frig.)  So, what can we do for our wonderful friends who have no idea of the of faux pax committed when they inundate the magnetic members of their kitchen with water colors, meetings, connect-the-dots, cute notes from their honey, to-do lists, should-be-done lists...and, of course, ample photos of the most perfect kids in the world (their own.)

So, here is a perfect stocking stuffer/Christmas tag for their gift/Gift -it is cute enough that you need nothing else.

Magnets I Made

I made some magnets from dollar store glass "rocks"-you know, those little bags you get of clear or colored glass rock things that I normally use as the base to a candle of something like that.

Well, believe it or not, you can make ADORABLE! gifts for little over a dollar

What You Need:

Glass Bead-Rocks from the Dollar Store
Inexpensive (not the high-dollar ones I have previously purchased online) small round magnets (i.e. Wal-Mart people.)
glass glue
E6000 glue
photo or scrapbook paper that reflects the personality of the recipient.
