But then, a couple of years ago I messed up my ankle, and I just couldn't.
And since then, I just haven't.
Wanted to.
Until now.
I need to be accountable, and I just want to get excited about it again! I have searched the internet over, and I can't find the real people who want to lose 10 pounds (and not overnight)-the people who want to get back in better shape.
This is going to be my ongoing journal back into better fitness.
Back Story
The best shape I've ever been in was when I used this:
Insanity.
The best workout-hands down.

It's on, and I'm excited!

I'm on week 2 of Insanity. Please, please. Give me your advice, your input. How are you doing and what is working for you? Need a accountability partner? I sure do!
P.S. I can so not do the before and after photos or the "right now" photos. I mean this IS the internet and all. Suffice to say at 37 I'm ready to be in the best shape, be the healthiest I've ever been.
